How long are the programs?
Programs last anywhere from 4 months to 9 months. We find that any shorter, and its not enough time to create a significant enough body composition AND lifestyle change.
Simply put, if you want to condition your metabolism so that not only you LOSE weight, but your body is in a place to keep it off, you need at least 4 months. Additionally, we find that habits, behaviors, and thoughts about fitness significantly change after the 4 month mark.
This means that close to 100% of our clients that hit their goals stay there.

Is your program hard?
Absolutely. It requires work. Is it simple? Absolutely. We make it as simple as possible. Anyone trying to sell an "easy" transformation to you is a liar and charlatan. There is no 20-minute workout, contraption, or fad diet that will get you to your goals and keep you there.

How many hours per week do I have to commit to this?
That will really depend on the goal, but anywhere from 5 - 10 hours per week, with an average of about 6 and a half hours per week.

Nope. This is not a "fad-diet." This is entirely custom. When we look at nutrition, we look at the following 6-Factors:

Perhaps for SOME people, SOME of the time, we may use principles from a fad diet, but only if its specifically what a person needs.
NOTE: There are many coaches that ONLY worry about MACROS. This is misleading, dangerous, and it's advisable you run as far away from these coaches as possible.
Why is this better/different than personal training?
I have been a personal trainer for many years and will objectively lay out the difference between the two. With in person training, you are paying for a PROCESS, + TIME. Let's say you see a trainer for 2 hours per week @ $75/session. You are getting MOTIVATION, FORM CORRECTION, and ACCOUNTABILITY for 120 minutes per week. Nutrition, Stress Management, Mindset, Behavior change, supplementation are not focused on at all, or just a little bit; not enough to make a real change.
With online coaching, you get comprehensive "coaching," meaning that you get a team of experts in your corner, focusing on every aspect of your life related to your goal. Whereas training is what a small percentage of people need [the elder, people with bad injuries], I find most of the population does better with online coaching, especially ours.
I am diabetic. Will this work for me?
Yup. In fact, many of our clients are type 1/Type 2, and for true metabolic change, getting control of your blood sugar is of utmost importance to getting you a results. That's why for all of our diabetic clients, we focus first on getting blood sugar regulated.
How does Payment for your programs work?
The appropriate duration and plan will be discussed on the call with our advisors. Just like a doctor needs to see and diagnose you before he can recommend a treatment plan, we operate by the same principle. With that said, we offer monthly payment options along with PAID IN FULL options which are substantially discounted. We have noticed a generally higher success rate with people that pay in full.
I'm older, will this work for me?
Yes. We have worked with people as old as 78. Different health related factors come into play at different ages, but these are all things we consider when making a person's program.
If I don't get results, can I get a refund?
Here is our rule: Every week, you have check-ins to gauge progress. If you send in 75% of your "check-ins," [and we assume you are honest], and still haven't gotten any results, we will refund you.
This has happened ZERO TIMES. Zilch. None. Never.
Not only are we committed to our clients, we ensure before accepting a client into our program, that they are committed to themselves.
At the end of the day, on top of the labor and time we dedicate to our clients, we commit our emotions to their success. We are here to change lives, and so we want to ensure you are here to change your own life.
What if I need to ask permission from someone before I make an investment decision?
It's always best to ask for forgiveness than permission. Take the leap and notify them later.
If you have to ask for permission from someone to be successful you will stay stuck. Your health is more important than someone else's feelings.
With that said, we have multiple calls before you are expected to make a decision, so in between the calls, speaking to your spouse about the program is encouraged and requested.
If I purchase now, can I start later?
Yes - all we ask for is a 10% deposit for the total of the program during the decision-making call so you can reserve your place.
I really can't afford this now. Is there anything you can do for me?
Yes, we have financing options. Paypal credit also starts at 0% APR for 6 months. How you want to manage your financials is up to you, but I have gotten deeply into to debt for coaching programs of many kind, and I have absolutely ZERO regret as its propelled my personal growth forward.

I have done other coaching programs and they have not worked for me. How is this different?
I can safely say that EVERY CLIENT that took the leap of faith and decided to join us after failing with other coaching programs/trainers/nutritionists has said some version of:

Look - I get it. Getting burned sucks. However, if I didn't take a leap of faith, I wouldn't be in a beautiful relationship with my soon to be wife, because other women hurt me.
Can I do this from home?
Absolutely. Although a gym will make it a tad-bit easier as there are more tools there, we have a VERY COMPREHENSIVE at-home workout system we created for the pandemic. We have had so many success stories with at home workouts.
After my program is over, what happens next? Will I be able to maintain my results?
Over 65% of our clients resign with one of our back-end maintenance packages, but NONE of these clients NEEDED it. Why?
